Importance of TRID Preparation

School is back in session, August has come and gone and now fall will be here before we know it. You know what else will be here before we know it? The new TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosures rule. As many already know, the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) has changed the TILA and the RESPA and made the TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosures or better known as TRID. This is going to be a huge change for anyone involved in the closing process.
